With solid legal knowledge as well as sound professional training experience both in China, Queensland and NSW, Frank has distinct skills and unique experience in providing high quality legal advice in a wide-range of areas of law, including:

  • Property & Real Estate: conveyancing, easement, sale of business, commercial lease, retail and small business lease;
  • Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution: damage claims, debt recovery, personal injury, motor vehicle accident, strata title disputes, bankruptcy, environmental and planning disputes;
  • Criminal Advocacy: guilty plea, bail application, domestic violence, traffic offence;
  • Workplace Relations: employment and awards disputes, unfair dismissal, fair work investigation & determination;
  • Commercial and Corporation Law: contract drafting and advising, joint venture, assets reconstruction, company promotion, liquidation and administration, shareholders and directors disputes, tax debts;
  • Family Law: divorce application, child custody, financial disputes, guardianship disputes;
  • Wills & Estates: will drafting;
  • Immigration: visa application, MRT & RRT appeal advocacy, human right consultation & advocacy;


Frank is the deputy director of the Committee of the Australia Fuzhou Association, and also the pro bono legal consultant for the Australia Fuqing Association in Sydney Area. He also retains long-term cooperation relationships with several middle-tier law firms in China.

Frank is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
